Product Features

  • FREE EXTENSION WARRANTY: Considering Christmas is coming and trampoline is rarely used on winter times, Zupapa Trampoline launches FREE EXTENSION WARRANTY plan.
  • If your order is placed from October 1st, 2017 to March 31,2018, your warranty date will start from May 1st, 2018. That’s to say, your warranty will be extended much longer time ranging from 1 to 6 months automatically.
  • All Zupapa trampolines get TUV certified. TUV Report Reference No. for Zupapa: 70.300.13.544.01-00. Maybe you are curious why some trampolines are declared as TUV tested, but the others are TUV certified. What’s the difference?
  • Actually, TUV certified is totally different with TUV tested, because TUV certification is a comprehensive test of the chemical composition of the material and the structure design of the product to ensure its safety.
  • However, TUV test approval is only doing test for one part of the product, such as weight capacity. That’s to say, TUV certification means totally safety, but TUV test is cheap rather than safe!

  1. the packaging was very good and no parts were missing We just received our Zupapa. It took me about 2 hours to get it all set up. So why the 3 star rating? Well two reasons.. First of all I suspect that the netting and the spring cover and the plastic caps on the poles are not going to last in the strong California sun. I have had many kids toys (parachutes, plastic…

  2. Very safe and the kids love it, just a few minor flaws. **ONE YEAR EDIT**Every single connection has now ripped so many times on the net that I am contemplating taking it all down and stitching a 4″ wide, folded canvas strip all the way around the top with grommets to attach at the pole points, which is how this net should have been made in the first place. The rest of the trampoline has held up though, with the exception of the foam pole covers, which were easily fixed with matching blue duct tape. Still recommend this product, but buyer…

  3. Sturdy trampoline, amazing company Great trampoline, easy setup, amazing company and customer service! I ordered this for Christmas for my kiddos….we were able to get this setup in about 2 hours with two people, super easy and no tools needed. It is a solid trampoline. Unfortunately I was not smart enough to purchase any anchors and Christmas day we had a huge wind storm which blew the trampoline over my fence into my neighbors yard upside down. All the upper net poles were destroyed. I contacted the company and they…
