Nice circuits but complex routines and nutrition for the average guy This book is not so different from the other 2 main books Martin Rooney wrote, sure there are some new information, like the scientific part of calorie storage and expenditure brillantly done by Tony Caterisano, and some cool circuits that can be done easily without so much equipments. But the downside for me was the nutrition part. Of course you can’t write it thoroughly with some pages to explain why and what to eat, but the diet John Berardi advises is pretty much impossible to stick to by…

  2. this book does not contain the comete 12 week workout plan that it claims P.385 “this chapter contains a 12 week workout featuring the exercise is contained in this book.”HoweverP.386 Week 1 Wednesday “all stationary warm up drills(pp. 43-48 in Training g for Warriors)”which is the first of several references to an entirely different book entitled “training for warriors”. In order to complete the 12 week coursework in this book you have to access the previous book. Therefore this book is not complete as it claims. This should make you dubious about…
