Tai Chi Fusion: Iron is an interesting workout using 2 sticks while performing Tai Chi postures such as “Parting the Wild Horses Mane” and “Grasping the Sparrow’s Tail,” as well as the Yang sword form movement “Parting the Grass to Chase the Snake.” I just used my Escrima sticks, and the addition of two sticks while performing the familiar Tai Chi forms was an interesting experience.
