  1. Great lifting shoe, comfortable and flexible but stable Wow. These shoes are awesome. Ugly as sin to be honest but the stability and comfort you get is unparalleled. I’m coming from metcon 3s, which I loved. But I got sick of that squeeking, the narrow tow box, and lack of padding. Imaging wearing house slippers that you can squat in, that’s how comfy these are; mostly attributed to the bootie design. Nice stable solid outsole/midsole but flexible enough to be agile.   2. Updating my review to an enthusiastic 5 stars after finding the correct size. (These run small so be forewarned) UPDATE: 26July2018: My previous review is listed below where I gave the Nano 8’s only 3 stars due to some sizing issues. I wear size 11 but my toes were crammed up against the front so needed to return them. Rather than risking several reorders due to sizing, I stopped into a local sporting goods store and tried on both a half and full size bigger. The size 12’s seem to fit great. I don’t want to abuse brick and mortar stores as only showrooms; they need to pay their bills also, so perhaps…

  3. but I have yet to come across a nano I have truly liked since then I was a long running fan with Reebok through the Reebok Nano 4.0, but I have yet to come across a nano I have truly liked since then. This was the answer to that question. Don’t get me wrong I wish that had slightly more stability in the Olympic lifts, but I’m not complaining at all. These things are great. I can run in them without my feet swelling, I can cycle a barbell at sub max weights. They are durable and feel great. I would say other than 1 rep maxing certain lifts, you can use these…
