  1. Fantastic Series To Learn the Fundamental Yoga Postures This is a wonderful series of videos. Jess takes the time to walk the viewer through the poses, focusing on the fundamentals of the practice. She has a cheery voice and incorporates a good deal of encouragement. I like this about the series, but her style may not be for everyone. This feels more like attending a yoga class than doing a yoga workout video.   2. One of the best ones I’ve tried Update: I’ve finished all 30 days! I still really enjoyed this series for the most part. The only slight negative is that in the final week, there is a lot of focus on advanced arm postures (handstand, sideways crow, etc). If you’re like me and are building up your upper body strength from day one, then it’s going to be a few frustrating practices. (I ended up practicing crow pose when she’d go into full handstand, etc, to at least work on building up muscle.) The last three programs, which are…
